As a pension administrator within the meaning of the Dutch Pensions Act, Centraal Beheer PPI is the legal owner of the units. You merely have a claim against Centraal Beheer PPI. Fin the amount of the pension capital. Errors in the processing of investment orders by Centraal Beheer PPI ay lead to a relative reduction in the value of your pension capital. Centraal Beheer PPI will only accept liability for this in the event of gross negligence or intent.
Centraal Beheer PPI expressly excludes any liability for an incorrect representation of your pension capital, transaction overview, projected entitlements, other calculations, representations of your pension capital and/or pension entitlements on your personal pension portal.
Changes on the personal pension portal
If you make changes through the personal pension portal, they are often not implemented immediately. We aim to process your request within 3-5 business days. If we are unable to implement your changes within that time frame, we will notify you.
